Members' Wimbledon tickets 2014
As a tennis club that's officially affiliated to the LTA, Pen-y-ffordd Tennis Club is allocated a number of pairs of show court tickets every year, which are then available for sale to members. This year the club was allocated 6 pairs of tickets, 5 of which were bought by members, all of whom all had excellent days out at The Championships. Here's a selection of photos from this year's visits.

John Parry, tennis umpire legend, known by all top players both past and present. Started his tennis career at our club in Pen-y-ffordd. He passed on his best wishes to the club! Anyone who's not familiar with John, click on the link...
Pen-y-ffordd's John Parry is clearly still doing some line judging
...but not the one we, as tickets holders, had to join thankfully - this was the start of it, in Wimbledon Park, and it went on for MILES!
