Members of Pen-y-ffordd Tennis Club are allowed to bring a guest(s) with them to play at the club by paying a guest fee - it is a condition of membership that members ensure any accompanying non-members have paid their guest fee before using the club's facilities.

The current guest fee is £4 per guest per day - guests can play for as long as they want on the day covered by their guest fee.  Note that guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.

Non-members are also welcome to attend Club Play sessions for a fee of £5 per session (first session free).

There are two steps to purchase a guest fee:

​

1. Enter the member's name and the date when the guest fee(s) will be used; then click SUBMIT
    

2. Select an option from the drop-down list and click Pay Now, then follow the instructions to make the payment.
   The payment can be made using a credit or debit card (select "Check out as a guest" on the payment screen) or by using a PayPal account.

As an alternative . . .

It's now also possible to pay guest fees at the same time as booking a court - click "+ Add participant" for each guest.  Note that this is currently only possible using the webpage booking sheet, hence the method below must currently be used when courts are booked using the Android/iOS Booker app.
