Pen-y-ffordd Tennis Club is to hold a free-to-all Tennis Taster event on Saturday 4th May
from 10am to 4pm.

The event, to be held at the club's facilities​ on Park Lane, Pen-y-ffordd, will provide an opportunity for anyone to give tennis a go.  You could be someone who's always liked the idea of playing some tennis but has never quite got around to it, you could be someone who's played in the past and needs some encouragement to get back into it, or you could be a decent player who's looking for someone new to play.  Whoever you are you're very welcome to come along at an appropriate time to give it a go, completely free-of charge and with no obligation.



The event will be run by the club's coach, Mike Herd, to the following timetable...

10am to 1pm: Adults

- 10am: Beginners (players who are new to tennis or have very little experience)​

- 11am: Intermediate (players who have had some experience of tennis and can serve, rally and score but lack consistency)​

- 12pm: Advanced (players who can serve rally and score)



2pm to 4pm: Juniors

- 2pm: 10 years and under

- 3pm: 11 years and above
