On 26th November 2012 the club held its Annual General Meeting (AGM), all members having been informed in advance of this meeting.

The current Club Chairman, Ian Swain had taken the decision in advance of the meeting that he would step down from this position.  Victoria Rothero had also decided that she would stand down as Treasurer.  Both Ian and Victoria have worked very hard on behalf of the club and have the gratitude of the club's membership for their efforts.



As the club can not function without a Chairman and Treasurer, one of the aims of the AGM was to appoint new people into these positions, and Richard Larkins has now taken on the Club Chairman's responsibilities.  In order to fill the Treasurer role, Tim Jones has handed over the Club Secretary responsibilities to Nigel Edwards.
