The leaflets were largely delivered outside of Pen-y-ffordd village, so this helped to raise awareness locally. The event was also promoted through Facebook, Twitter, the club website, the BBC Things To Do website, text messages and e-mails

The Chief Executive of Tennis Wales, Peter Drew, called in and took this "selfie"! Also featured are Nigel Edwards (Club Secretary / main event organiser), Tomos Edwards (Tennis Leader), Mike Herd (Club Coach), Alex Duggan (Tennis Leader) and Pam Griffiths (Tennis Development Officer). Pete was genuinely impressed with the event and said it was the best he'd seen throughout the weekend!
